[libcaca] Re: Lib Caca doesn't send SDL the "person stopped pressing key" signal.

set CACA_DRIVER environement variable to the name of the desired driver
(ncurses, slang, x11, opengl, for example) (the driver must of course be
compiled, and depends of the libcaca version)
